Roofing Materials in Brisbane: Tile, Metal and More

Overseas guides push asphalt shingles and NRCA jargon that don’t match Brisbane stock. Local homes are almost entirely concrete tile, terracotta tile or Colorbond® / metal sheet. This page sticks to Australian materials.

Concrete tile

Terracotta tile

Character roofs on many period and character homes. Like-for-like re-roof or careful restore — local overlays can shape what’s allowed.

Colorbond® / metal
